I'm a transitioning Navy Information Warfare and METOC officer (earliest civilian start August 2026) with 20 years turning environmental and electromagnetic complexity into faster, safer decisions for commanders. I've led 80–100+ person watchfloors, optimized EMCON/TACSIT in contested maritime environments, and built repeatable processes that reduce decision-cycle time and operational risk.
My path runs from enlisted Sonar Technician to Surface Warfare Officer and eventually METOC Officer via the Seaman-to-Admiral-21 program, with an M.S. in Meteorology & Physical Oceanography and a Space Systems Certificate from the Naval Postgraduate School, plus a B.S. in Physical Oceanography from Old Dominion University. Today, as Officer in Charge of an Information Warfare Training Detachment, I lead cross‑functional teams that certify deploying units for Pacific and Middle East operations.
I'm now focused on partnering with defense technology teams at the intersection of autonomy, C5ISR, and electromagnetic warfare—bringing operator experience, battlespace awareness, and program management discipline to products that have to perform in data‑sparse, contested maritime environments.
